    Excellent for clients with sensitivities

I got this to try out on a client who can’t use second skin or medical tapes due to a reaction to the adhesives. We spot tested a strip first and then at the end we used it to attach the gauze pads to cover the fresh tattoo and it worked! My client had no issue! <3

    Not my personal preference

Its essentially gauze with an adhesive side. Tattoos can bleed through it and dry to it, like a scab does in a bandaide. It allows air to get to the tattoo. Personally, i think its great for first aide kits but bad for healing tattoos. I tried it on a few clients and they had difficulty removing it, and pulled out scabs even when using water to assist removal.

Thanks for the feedback. One thing to keep in mind is that this is bandaging retainer tape and shouldn’t come in direct contact with the healing tattoo. It’s a perfect for taping down larger bandages on body parts that need the ability to flex and move while wearing it.

    Check out Hypafix Transparent bandaging.
