Our Road Crew is headed to Calgary to celebrate with you this weekend, Rob (for the 14th time), Patrick (a 9-time survivor) and Rebecca (WHAT? Only 3 times?) will be on hand at the EIKON booth to help you get you through the weekend with all your tattooing needs during the show. We’re also bringing our roving video-dude/apprentice Nik (2nd show), who’ll be tagging along all weekend (while trying to avoid Peel). Keep an eye out for him! The team is extra stoked to be at this milestone 20th Anniversary show, and we’ve got some special goodies in store - including a special Anniversary-Edition “Tattoo of the Day” and “Tattoo of the Show” trophy - read on.

Free up some space in your luggage for shirts and prints by leaving your gloves at home. Steve Peace and the Calgary Tattoo show organizers will be graciously providing Eikon STANDARD gloves to artists working the show all weekend long. Eikon Convention Packs are BACK…With a NEW Look!

It's not a Canadian Convention without an Eikon convention pack patiently waiting for you in your booth. They may look a little different this year as we’ve finally scrapped those red plastic bags and gone with paper. We’ve also reduced the amount of plastic in the pack, and though we aren’t quite there yet, we’re working on it. Let us know what you think about our updated packs.

200 HRS - Paul Jeffries Documentary Screenings

Legendary Calgary tattooer, and founder of the Smiling Buddha tattoo shop, Paul Jeffries is hanging up his machines and retiring. Be sure to check out the screening of 200 HOURS a documentary which chronicles Paul’s awe-inspiring journey and his profound insights into the world of tattooing. It will featured all weekend at the 2023 Calgary Tattoo & Arts Festival. ICYMI, you can check out the Living Legends Post we did on Paul Jeffries a little while ago.
