Well, here we are just a few days from Christmas - Wow, the last few weeks have been a bit of a blur with Draw All Month, but we hope you had as much fun as we did!  After all that game show action, the team here is ready for a nice little break.  So, as we close out an amazing 2023, we invite you to join us in raising a glass (what's in it is your choice) and make a toast to another year of doing what we love...

Whether it’s the support you continue to show us every day (29 years and counting), the good times, and hugs we shared on the road at shows, or the many kind DM’s, chats and emails we receive from you every day: Thank you!

We’ll be shutting down Eikon HQ for the holidays, between Christmas and New Year’s (December 25 thru January 1), to give our team some time to recuperate, relax, and spend time with their non-tattoo families.

What does this mean for you?

• Eikon will close at 12:00PM EST Friday, December 22nd and reopen on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024.
• The cutoff for placing an order to ship before the holiday closure is:
  • Canada - Thursday, December 21st at 3:00PM EST
  • USA - Thursday, December 21st at NOON EST
• IMPORTANT: If you are thinking of purchasing INK we strongly recommend that you:
  1. Choose Express shipping OR
  2. Wait until after the holidays to avoid having your ink sit on a truck in the cold (and possibly freeze) over the long Christmas weekend (4 days!)
• Orders placed after the cutoff times on Thursday, December 21st, and during the holiday season, will begin physically shipping on January 2nd. Tracking numbers will be updated at that time.

Our Customer Service team will be available via phone and chat until 12:00PM EST Friday, December 22nd in case you’d like to wish them a happy holiday.

If you have an urgent inquiry during the holiday period, please send an email to customerservice@eikondevice.com with the Subject line: URGENT, and they’ll do their best to get back to you as quickly as possible. The Customer Service team will be back online to take care of non-urgent inquiries beginning at 9:00AM EST January 2nd, 2024.
